What we collect — and what we don't.

What we collect

Email addresses (if you subscribe to the newsletter), and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp). We do not collect names, addresses, or payment information — this site does not process payments.

Why we collect it

Newsletter emails are used only to send the weekly brief. Server logs are used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie to remember your filter preferences. We use a privacy-respecting analytics product that does not set tracking cookies and does not share data with third parties for advertising.

Third parties

Newsletter delivery is handled by a UK-based provider on a Data Processing Agreement. Hosting is on Cloudflare's UK edge. We never sell or rent personal data.

Affiliate links

Outbound casino links pass a click identifier so the operator can attribute the referral. The operator does not receive your email or any other personal data from us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@casinobestreviews.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.

Retention

Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: 30 days. Correction correspondence: 2 years.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
